Overview

One of our reputable client’s in the Banking Sector is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to fill the above mentioned position

Responsibilities

·         Managing the Recruitment & Selection process for the organization

·         Human Resources Planning

·         Managing Performance Management function for the organization

·         Advising Management and Staff on the correct interpretation and application of laws relating to

the employment relationship

·         Planning, recommending and implementing employee development programmes to meet

identified needs

·         Preparing & coordinating the Training Development Plan for the organization

·         Managing the Non-Executive Payroll

·         Ensuring timely processing of salaries and benefits and timely submission of statutory

remittances

·         Administering the procedural aspects of the company’s Pension and Life Assurance Scheme in

case of withdrawals, death, retirement and prolonged illness of members

Requirements

·         A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any Social Science Degree

·         Five years relevant working experience, two years of which should be at Supervisory level

·         Master’s Degree will be an added advantage

·         Banking experience a plus
