Overview

Our client in the finance industry is looking for an administration clerk but more of a general hand person

Responsibilities

1.1.              Management of premises, property and supervision of contractors by :

·         Building maintenance (security, electricity, plumbing, aircon, parking)

·         Proactively identify problem areas and put in place corrective measures

·         Safeguarding of assets

·         Minor repairs and maintenance e.g. replacement of light bulbs

·         Moving of furniture

·         Vehicle maintenance

1.2.              Administration:

·         Maintains an updated suppliers list for related services

·         Filing of quotations and invoices for services

·         Pick and drop off visitors/employees from the airport/bus stations

·         Buy and collect office supplies/groceries

·         Implement cost effective strategies

1.3.              Management team duties:

·         Pick and drop off management from the airport/bus stations/required destination

·         Ensure lunch and tea services are provided where required

·         Miscellaneous tasks to support management which will vary according to the task requirements

1.4.              Cleaning of premises and supervision of contractors:

·         Cleaning duties for shop and HQ upstairs

·         Ensure the sufficient cleaning equipment is available and order when needed

1.5.              Courier/Messenger Service:

·         Post, collect and deliver mail

·         Distribute mail

·         Disc submission, deduction forms submission, schedule collection and forms submission

1.6.              Scanning of documents:

·         Scan all application documents that are completed and submitted by clients. He/she will also scan any other documentation that may be required e.g. requisitions for payments etc.

Requirements

·                     Diploma in Administration, Property Management, Marketing or related discipline

·                     Drivers licence

·                     3 years related experience
